We are responsible for ensuring that the goods we supply are of satisfactory quality, conform to the samples and are fit for the purpose for which they are sold. To see if your product has a limited manufacturer warranty of over 1 year, please locate your product on our website and review the specifications listed.

Claims against the warranties that last a year only only be claimed by approved resellers of our products who will act on your behalf to resolve any issues.

If your product comes with a warranty for over a year such as our 5 year limited warranty, you must register for your warranty online at viscotherapy.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your goods.
